2. Digital Delivery

2.1. Most of our travel documents, including booking confirmations, e-tickets, vouchers, and itineraries, are delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking.
2.2. Digital documents are typically delivered immediately after booking confirmation or as soon as they are issued by service providers.
2.3. Please ensure that the email address provided during booking is accurate and regularly monitored.
2.4. If you do not receive your digital documents within 24 hours of booking confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer support.

3. Physical Document Delivery

3.1. In certain cases, physical travel documents (such as printed tickets, welcome kits, or travel guides) may be provided.
3.2. Physical documents are delivered through reliable courier services to the address provided during booking.
3.3. Delivery timeframes:

  • Within major cities in India: 2-3 business days
  • Other locations in India: 3-5 business days
  • International addresses: 7-14 business days

3.4. Tracking information will be provided via email when physical documents are dispatched.
3.5. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

4. Last-Minute Bookings

4.1. For bookings made within 72 hours of travel, all documents will be delivered electronically to ensure timely receipt.
4.2. In urgent cases, arrangements can be made for document collection at our office or at the departure point (such as airport counters), subject to availability and prior arrangement.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1. Travelahensha is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information, courier service delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.2. In case of non-delivery or loss of physical documents, please contact our customer support immediately for assistance.
5.3. Replacement documents may be issued electronically or arranged for collection at appropriate locations.

6. International Travel Documents

6.1. For international travel, most airlines and service providers accept electronic documents.
6.2. It is the customer's responsibility to print any documents that may be required in physical form during travel.
6.3. We recommend carrying both electronic and printed copies of important travel documents when traveling internationally.
